What is the rental value of my property?
I will make a preliminary visit to the property to ensure that it is of a sufficient standard for leasing, and ascertain the likely level of rent. I will also advise on work necessary to comply with leasing regulations and work which would make the property more attractive.
How will my property be advertised?
Details of your property will be published on my website and circulated to all suitable tenants on my waiting list. I will also inform the Orkney Council, Kirkwall hospital, Kirkwall police station and Orkney College of suitable properties. On your request, an advertisement may also be placed in a local newspaper.
Who will show my property?
I will arrange viewings and am willing to show prospective tenants your property. However, if you are available and would prefer to show it yourself then I will only arrange the viewing for you.
